Per the Association governing documents, owners have the ability to make certain modifications to their units. In order to do so, they must first submit an architectural application to the Board of Directors for approval. If you are considering any modifications please download and print the application below and return it to your management company.
Screen Doors
A light weight screen door is approved for installation on the front doors. The model selected is Provincial White.
“Invisible” Screen doors are also approved for installation.
Doors must be white in color. Units are not required to install screen doors. Screen doors are optional.
